İzQ Academy will organize specialized events for a large number of different groups such as mentors, investors, academics, private sector staff and non-governmental organization representatives, particularly entrepreneurs.
The trainings to be conducted for a wide range of groups such as mentors, investors, academics, private sector staff and non-governmental organization representatives, particularly entrepreneurs, will be given by the experts standing out at local, national or international levels.
The Corporation and Enterprise Cooperation Program will provide services for both the large companies in İzmir and the whole relevant technology enterprises. Through this program, the large institutions and innovative enterprises will be brought together, a common benefit will be created and the opportunity of developing new products, services and values will be enabled.
Through the program, an innovation interaction process enabling win-win cooperation will be formed. The companies will share their external innovation needs, they will be matched with appropriate enterprises and the most suitable cooperation model will be designed through the program. Therefore, it is aimed that the innovation processes of the companies can accelerate and their innovation risk can diminish while the entrepreneurs can gain new customers and grow their businesses.
The target groups is the SMEs that conduct R&D and innovation activities and/or develop or wish to develop value-added new product-service.
A set of competence trainings will be held, workshops will be organized and the mentorship support will be given, which will provide necessary information and capabilities, so that the companies can take innovative steps in their current line of business.
It is planned that the SME can go through an innovative transformation through the innovation-related application to solve its shortfall of innovative product, its weaknesses to develop new products or its real business needs.
The Commercialization Program aims to contribute to the creation of internationally competitive and highly value-added new products and brands targeting start-ups and SMEs possessing an innovative product or service that is at least in the prototype level, based on R&D, and has a high added-value, and wishing to commercialize them effectively.
The general information and training services will be carried out in a wide array of topics, contents and formats and be open to large companies, academics, researchers, students and all stakeholders interested in the innovation topics, and to SMEs and entrepreneur in particular.
These trainings will be given by the individuals who are expert at innovation-focused technical, technological, sectoral, managerial or personal development issues and will share theirs knowledge and experiences.
It is aimed to raise the awareness and knowledge of the innovation ecosystem stakeholders and to support innovation-focused capacity building processes.
The target group of training is the experts who previously founded and run his/her own enterprise or are experienced in the fields such as innovation, entrepreneurship, R&D and production within a SME/large-scale company/umbrella ecosystem organization or provided these kinds of institutions with consulting/mentorship services in the similar fields.
The goal of this program is to train SME mentors who will support the SMEs’ production process of value-added and highly innovative products and the commercialization process of these products and production models as well as the synchronization of these products with the needs of the market.
This program will focused on the large-scale companies who are located in İzmir and wish to go through internal and/or external innovation. The employees and managers from the Strategy, Business Development and R&D departments of the companies are expected to attend.
The purpose of training is to train mentors and ambassadors who will bolster the internal innovation projects of the companies and ease the cooperation through external enterprises.
These mentors who will take a broad training regarding to the methods and approaches of both external and internal innovation will ease the innovation of the companies in internal and external projects.
It is the event where the participants compete in small groups via certain space and resources in order to develop new ideas, to find a solution for problems or to improve the existing products by supporting the long-term open innovation process in the fields of software, hardware or production plans and by bring different stakeholder together.
They are the events where the speakers who are inspiring and encouraging in the fields of R&D, entrepreneurship and innovation will participate as guests. The companies being successful at innovation at national or international level, academics/researchers conducting important works and entrepreneurs will share their success stories and experiences.
