The co-working spaces, ready-made offices and meeting rooms to be located in İzQ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centers will provide services for the entrepreneurs creating or using technology, private sector institutions, non-governmental organizations and youngsters interested in the entrepreneurship.
The rental offices within the Innovation Center will provide services for the long-term R&D companies and innovation-focused middle and large companies having a vision to expand both at home and abroad.
The services of İzQ Office will provide an advantage of integration with business networks and transportation easiness for the entrepreneurship ecosystem stakeholders by enabling them to work in a location close to the city center. The beneficiaries of İzQ office can cooperate with different institutions and take the chance to develop new business ideas.
- Virtual Office: The service that the companies can benefit from the telephone service and shipping delivery only by giving address declaration without a necessity to their physical presence.
- Co-working Space (Flexible Table): The service in the co-working space, which the beneficiaries will use based on its availability and interact with the other beneficiaries.
- Co-working Space (Fixed Table): The service that the beneficiaries can rent a table on a monthly basis. In the scope of this service, the beneficiaries will use the table, chair and drawers belonging to themselves and will interact with the other beneficiaries using the same service.
- Ready-Made Office: The special office service, which is allocated to a person or company and is closed for the other beneficiaries. They are the offices, which only the beneficiaries enter and which are closed all around and can be locked. They are designed for the beneficiaries wishing to carry out their works in spaces special to themselves.
- Meeting Room: The spaces where the actors in the entrepreneurship ecosystem can hold a meeting among themselves or with their guests. The beneficiaries have monthly right of use limited to certain hours.
- Modular Event Hall: The spaces where the beneficiaries and the stakeholder in the entrepreneurship ecosystem will organize innovation and entrepreneurship events such as hackathon, matching, seminar and training. In the event hall, there can be operation suitable to different events through tribunes and flexible sitting areas. The Modular Event Hall can enable halls in different sizes.
- Café: The stakeholders in the entrepreneurship ecosystem can spend a comfortable time and interact with the other stakeholders in the Café which will be located in the ground floor of the İzQ Entrepreneurship Center and will provide service for other floors. The cafe will only be open to the beneficiaries of the Center. On the other hand, the cafe that will be located in the first floor of the İzQ Innovation Center is designed as a space to be open to everyone and it will serve for the ecosystem stakeholders to spend a comfortable time and interact with one another. There will be also a 3D Food Printer in the cafe and it will serve in suitable to the spirit of the Innovation Center.
- YouTube Room: The beneficiaries can shoot their products and services in the Center’s two YouTube rooms which will include special sound insulation infrastructure and product specific to shooting.
